Incentive qualifications and amounts are subject to change or termination at any time. Incentives will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Both funding and the conditions of the program are subject to the jurisdiction of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission (IPUC) and shall be subject to such changes or modifications as the IPUC may, 不时地, 直接行使其管辖权.
